Hand sanitizer is in-demand now more than ever leading to some major shortages. Enter distilleries. They create ethanol which is the active ingredient in hand sanitizer so when the alert came that there was a shortage our Arizona distilleries stepped up. In this episode I talk with Town Under Black Distillery in Tucson about what they’re doing to help in some very in-need places in Arizona. We also talk about the future of this distillery who is taking creativity and craft in spirits to a whole new level.

So when Historic Brewing let me know about a beer they do with Flagstaff-based Elevate Nepal every year that is launched at a Big Lebowski themed bowling event I had to know more.
