As much of a surprise as it may be water can be pretty scarce in the desert. However, the City of Scottsdale is on it! They have one of the most advanced water treatment systems in the world. They can convert waste water into water that is unmatched in purity. But how do you convince the general public of this? You make it into beer. Enjoy the episode!

This episode was recorded live at JamBEERee in Flagstaff. The festival was super chill and filled with great beer, people and music. We talked to some great people and made some new friends. Enjoy the show!
We are back with another brewers panel episode featuring 3 of the most respected and skilled brewers in the state if not the country. Before we get to that, make a note to submit a rating and review to iTunes. Its a huge help to us. Let me know you did so and I’ll read your review on the episode and send you some swag.
The topic for this installment of the "Brewers Panel" series is trends in beer. Many people, especially on the beer side thought the hazy IPA would never stick. The style is taking on a life of its own and capturing fans from varying preferences. My guests for this episode have worked their entire lives to perfect the clarity of their beer so a hazy seems sacrilege. Joining in on this brewers panel is Andy Ingram from Four Peaks, Doc Osborne from Pedal Haus and Jeff Huss from Huss Brewing Company.
In this episode you’ll hear what seems like white noise but in actuality it's the fountain right outside the patio area of Pedal Haus just off of Mill Avenue tempe. Seriously if you haven't been there make it a priority.
Lets tap into ...BEER TRENDS

The Eastern part of the Valley is home to many outstanding breweries, and in less than a year Desert Monks Brewing has made quite the name for itself. Located in the Gilbert Town Square Desert Monks regularly has more than a dozen of its own beers on tap, all of which came from the minds of their various owners and brewers.
In this week's episode, we sit down with a host of key people from the Desert Monks Brewing and learn about how it came to be, both in name and location, what it is supposed is supposed to be and where it is heading in the future.

In this episode our resident beer reviewer Marcus Pina, aka Brewery 602, reviews Mr Pineapple from San Tan Brewing and Salida Del Sol from Sentinel Peak Brewing. Enjoy!

By now, pretty much anyone who knows Arizona beer knows Arizona Wilderness. They are so well known, in fact, that many Arizona Cardinals have stopped by not only to enjoy some beers, but brew some, too. Jared Veldheer, who played for the Cardinals from 2014 to 2017, collaborated with Wilderness on Tropical Storm back in 2015 and now on Double Tropical Storm.
In this episode, we sit down with Jared as well as Wilderness' Jon Buford at the DTPHX location to talk about how a professional athlete got into brewing while delving into how Tropical Storm originally came to be.
Extra special thanks to Chris Dodson for his awesome production/editing work to help put the audio side of the episodes together and to Luke Irvine at Mixed Mercury Media for his amazing photo, video, web development and social media skills. Also thanks to Adam Green for all the back-end work that goes into producing an episode.
